You can request permanent deletion of your Fitlyze account and associated personal data at any time.

How to Request Deletion

The button below opens a pre-filled email to our privacy team. Please:

  1. Send it from the email address linked to your Fitlyze account.
  2. Keep the subject line: Fitlyze — Account Deletion Request.
  3. Fill in your full name and account email in the message body.

What Happens Next

  • We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before processing.
  • Confirmed deletion requests are typically completed within 30 days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.

Data We May Retain

We may retain limited records where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, tax or accounting obligations, and security operations.
